We specialize in the sustainability, energy, and data center industries, addressing various HR-related challenges and providing tailored solutions.
In recent years, the increasing share of renewable energy in the power sector, the global push for sustainability, and the growing demand for data centers have fueled significant growth in these industries worldwide. However, in Japan, a declining workforce due to an aging population has led companies into an era of unprecedented recruitment challenges.
These industries support essential infrastructure that underpins our daily lives, including the electricity we use every day, efforts to combat global warming, and data centers that are indispensable for smartphones and computers.
We are fully committed to empowering the unsung heroes—the employees, companies, and industries that form the backbone of our society—driving progress and building a better future for all.
Introduction
My career journey began at Global Partners Inc., where I assisted 10 Japanese SMBs in expanding to the Middle East.
In 2018, I transitioned to recruitment industry at the global arm of Recruit Inc., leading a 240-headcount hiring project for a unicorn startup as PM from sales to delivery which was the biggest project in the history of company. After successfully delivered the project, I was promoted to manager as the fastest promotion from associate consultant to manager. As manager, I built a team specializing in sustainability, energy, and data centers, achieving 40 placements annually.
In 2022, as Director at Ageless Inc., I built the permanent recruitment and SES business from the ground up.
Returning to Recruit Inc. in 2023, I specialized in executive hiring within sustainability, energy, and data centers industries.
In my free time, I enjoy competing in bodybuilding competition, playing futsal.
